I am new to Caspio. We are moving over from WebEx. We had a form at webex that was set up with this condition:
Show only where:
"Date Called In" "Greater Than or Equal (>=) "Days in the Past" "14"
Basically at WebEx we only worked with Tables. But what happened is that we only saw those records that were 14 or less days old.
That helped the Table not to get unmanageably large.
We have employees that work on the road and they would call in requesting their perdiem. One of us would place the request in our table and then add the per diem to the employee's account.
At Caspio, we can place a form on our webpage and the employees go there and fill in the form, which auto fills in the Table and we do not have to manually do that anymore. But I cannot quite figure out how to get the same result on our Table, so that as the records age they are hidden or drop off. We really normally only need the request for a day or two, but to be safe 14 days worked quite well.
Can anyone baby walk me through the steps that would help me achieve this? I am an old lady and slow, just to let you know. Someone may have to tell me more than once.
