How To Navigate To Page Based Off Checkbox Field

Does anyone know of a script I can use in a submission page that would automatically direct someone too one of two pages if a checkbox in the submission page was checked or not?

You can use a redirection script like in the following post:

Just make sure to change the [@authfield: to [@field: and reference your table column name and value for redirection.

As far as I know, there is the Standard Feature, that based on a drop-down list.

You can use a Radio button with two values instead of a drop-down list and instead of a checkbox, if it works for you.
