Criteria Is Based On The Value Of A Different Field

I have a report where I'm trying to determine a person's sales for their first full year with the company, but only for those who completed their first full year in 2015.

 

I can easily set the criteria for the first full year based on <hire date>.

 

I'm having trouble setting the criteria for the <sales date> to fall withing the first 360 days after <hire date>

 

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to calculate the date where the first year ends as explained here http://forums.caspio.com/index.php/topic/5058-expiration-date/?hl=expiration and save it to a field to your table when user is being added to the table first time.

 

Then use this field to filter data.
