Import excel data via copy/paste

Hello all, I have a question. I wouldlike to know if it's possible for a user to import excel data in the database via copy paste. For example the user have 4 columns and 10 rows in Excel, he selects all the cells and column and I copy paste directly in the app to import it. It has to be in "user mode". It has to be a feature of the app. Thanks for your help:
