i saw the video but i have a problem he has a seperate datapage for the chat i already have a datapge which displays customers info i want to add a chatbox for my empolyees to chat about this customer so i dont understand how to add this chatbox shown in the video above in an already made report datapage not a new seperate datapge

i want to create a chat box where there is a field to enter a text and beneath there is a box that shows the the test ( uneditable ) and the username who send that message and date of the message can someone help me on how to create it
