Hi DuongDungm,

if you can change the data type to currency it would be easy for you to do the sum.

if it used table with data:

  1. download the table to excel.
  2. convert field A and B to number in excel.
  3. change the field format in the design to number
  4. import the new table.
  5. use update option.

hope this helps you

Hello @DuongDung

You can use SQL query to remove non-numeric characters from the Text field, then convert it to Number. I tried this formula on my end and it works.

CONVERT(float,(LEFT(SUBSTRING([@field:Amount1], PATINDEX('%[0-9.-]%', [@field:Amount1]), 8000), PATINDEX('%[^0-9.-]%', SUBSTRING([@field:Amount1], PATINDEX('%[0-9.-]%', [@field:Amount1]), 8000) + 'X') -1)))

+

CONVERT(float,(LEFT(SUBSTRING([@field:Amount2], PATINDEX('%[0-9.-]%', [@field:Amount2]), 8000), PATINDEX('%[^0-9.-]%', SUBSTRING([@field:Amount2], PATINDEX('%[0-9.-]%', [@field:Amount2]), 8000) + 'X') -1)))

Hoping that this will also work for you.
