0 Kronos
I found out that if you have 2FA enabled on your Directories, your users can use different devices to generate the PIN when logging in. But take note that it is only for the Google Authenticator App. If your user opened their Google Authenticator app on a different device using the same Google account, the 2FA PIN can be synced on the app. However, this is not the same for the Microsoft Authenticator app. Hope this information proves helpful! 0 Kronos
Hello again. Another thing I found out when I talked with their support about the trust this device for 30 days toggle when 2FA is enabled in Directories. I want to change or modify it but they mentioned it is not possible to remove the option since it is for security purposes. And the 30 days is an industry standard. Cheers! 0 nyunyiboy
Hi Everyone, You may want to check the HowTo documentation for Directories, which also includes a video for additional guidance and sample use cases. https://howto.caspio.com/directories/directories-overview/directories-overview/ Thank you!
