Hello!
Any way to add another link (inside red box) that says Download Additional Data where it links to another set of values? Happy to create a new data page with those details but not sure how to add an additional "Download Data" hyperlink.

This should work... I would double check that you are entering in the field names correctly.
Another way, you could include 2 HTML blocks that are in separate Sections. Put a different link in each of them.
Use Rules to always hide one, or both if no reason is chosen yet.
If ChangeReason = A or blank, hide the Section that HTML B is in.. If ChangeReason = B or blank, hide the Section that HTML A is in.

Hello @bea0678, You can also create a look up table where you compile all the URL with it's connected reasons and use that on a field's dropdown to dynamically redirect a user.
