Hi there - In a form, I am trying to group together multiple submissions into one. To do this, they all have to have the same query number. Ideally, we would have in the form:
- A drop box with previous queries specific to the user
- An 'add new' option in the drop down
- When selecting the 'add new' it adds a unique identifier
- For each new 'submission' that unique identifier is a field that is submitted
