Display Summary of Entries on Table

Hi there - We want to display a text list of lines from the table matching a specific parameter. 

So for instance, a table has a parameter that has a group number and for each submission, that group number is a separate parameter from the other entries. 

We want to list all the previous submissions that match that group number on the form, kind of like a cascading list box, but as text. 

How is this possible?
