Display value not working in submission forms

I have my tables and relationships set up so that Company_ID is passed forward, but Company_Name is used as the display field (see attached). When displaying the "Company" in a data page the name is coming through, even though the ID is what is stored (doublechecked by downloading data). However, on my submission forms, the ID is what is displayed, not the name. Is there a way to show the name, not the ID on the submission forms?

Solved using a new view connecting the company_ID/company_name table to the loan officer table and using a cascading dropdown with the company_name as the display and company_ID as the value.

Just to add, you can also use Calculated Values form element to show the actual company name of its corresponding company ID using a proper SQL subquery formula. You may check this HowTo article for a sample:
