Dataform-dependent email notification list

I'm setting up a job tracking system, and the first page captures the list of individuals who will be making up the project team. I'd like to make this selection into a job-specific mailgroup who automatically gets updated every time there is an update to the job record. I can see how you'd set up a static mailing list (regardless of project), but how do you set up a project-dependent mail group? Thank you!

Caspio has two email triggers, one is the acknowledgment which can only be sent to one dynamic email field. Another trigger is Notification email on which the "To" email addresses should be hard coded in the DataPage (can not be dynamic). So for the purpose of sending email to more than one dynamic email field, Caspio can write custom email program for you, please fill out the Professional Service request form at http://www.caspio.com/services/services.asp
