I don't see the Files option on the left hand side? Is this because I am using the free version?

When I look at the user documentation regarding Files, it shows a Files option on the left hand side under Connections.  The screenshot looks a little dated.  Is there another way to do this now or do I have to pay to have this functionality?

Just to let the others know here, the Files section is under All Assets. While the article about it is outdated, it still shows that it is under All Assets:
