OR/AND Logic for search and dropdown menus

Hey everyone,

I'm working on the search function of a DataPage comprised of a name search as well as dropdowns for Country/Region, State/Province, and City. I want to make it so that a user can either type to search for a name in the records without using the dropdowns, OR use the dropdown options to pull up records. So far using the OR logic allows for both to be used, instead of either or. Is there a way to rectify this?

I am not sure if I understand the logic that you are looking for. By either or, do you perhaps want to disable the other when one is used? For example, when a value is inserted to name textbox, disable the dropdowns?
