How to filter data in one combo box based on the value in another combo box




I have a report that display client meetings and supervisors notes.  I have two combo boxes on a search and report form, one is clients and the other is supervisors.  I want to select the supervisor and only his assigned clients show up in the combo box under clients.  

I have each combo box as a lookup table and the client name is being pulled from one table and the supervisor name is being pulled from another table.  How do I have it where it only shows the supervisors clients in the client drop down?
