Multiple values from a lookup table

Is there a way to get multiple values from a single lookup table? I have a view being used in a lookup in which a user selects a property name. I use the property number as a captured value but need to get the name, too? Perhaps even the address, if possible, from the view. Any suggestions?

You can use cascading dropdowns, http://wp.me/P10x67-65,if you wish to get multiple values from a lookup table/view so user select say property number and rest of the dropdowns can be filled out automatically but you need to have one field for each value. In one field it can not be done.
