Can't create "Single Record Update" form

I'm trying to create a new form "Single Record Update"

My source table is outside of any folders (I have authenticated forms inside folders that work with this same table).

I get an error message advising that I have to have username and password fields in my table or use advanced parameters. My source table has Username and Password fields.

I click on OK on the error message to clear it, but it still does not not let me create the form. I have also tried enabling advanced parameters, but same thing, it doesn't let me create the form.

Something else I need to do to create a "Single Record Update" form?

Hi

"DataPage must be authenticated" means that this DataPage should be placed in the authenticated folder.

To create Update Record DataPage with parameters (and not in the authenticated folder), you should have unique field in your datasource.
