Sync photo files with MS Access

Is there a way to do this? When I click the "Get Data Button on the caspio tab in MS Access and choose table, the table is imported but the attachment field is converted to memo.

The files cannot be imported using the getdata or even exporting the table. Only the reference to the file is being exported but the physical file cannot export this way.

Is there anyway that the photos can be viewed in ms access forms or reports?
