Download PDF behavior on Safari Mobile

Hello,

I have an issue where if I'm using Safari on mobile and I click on download, nothing happens. However, on other browsers and on desktop, the file gets downloaded. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and does anyone have a solution for it?

Hi @CapNcook,

This is the default behavior of Safari when the "Block pop-ups" are enabled. It wouldn't let you go to another URL different from your domain. There are two workarounds I have tested for this.

1.) Disable the  "block pop-ups" on your browser settings.


2.) Instead of setting the PDF to open in another browser choose Download as an action
