How to ensure cascades complete before Updaing

We are using Cascade Dropdowns to input values into fields and using the html table hide facilities to not clutter screen. however am concerned that Cascades sometimes take a while to action and if the Update is pressed on a data-page before they complete then the information is simply missed off.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Using JS, you can show an alert message when pressing the Update button. If the data is not yet loaded in the cascading drop-down list, this alert message will be shown instead of submitting the form.
