BACK LINK to a details page and ID record

I have a details page ( with record ID ) the details page has a link to a submission form date page ....  I need a solution to a (back link) to the same details Page (and  ID record )  if someone clicks the submission form link

Hi @Rudy123,

On your Details page link to submission form you may pass the ID parameter using passing parameter. Since you have receive the parameter on the submission form you may add a link with the parameter from submission form.
