Multiple entries for each individual in membership database

Hi

I'm investigating caspio as a means of hosting a membership directory for healthcare practitioners online to be incorporated into a new Joomla! based website. What I would like to know is whether it is possible to enter an individual as say 2, 3 or more individual records, each with a different postal address, so that members of the public can search for practitioners by name, which would then show all their practice addresses, or search by town or postcode to find everyone in their area.

I'm already doing this at http://www.naturopathy.org.uk, but it's cumbersome as I am using Access with a Windows Server hosting account. Whenever someone changes their details, I have to update the membership database that I have at home and then export a table with the updated data to my web host.
