Usa Zip Codes / Missing Reference Table

I enabled Distance Search on my account and have the appropriate options now available in DataPages. But I seem to be missing the zip code lookup table. Is there a way to import or link to the table manually? The Caspio documentation states as follows:

 

When enabling Distance Search, Caspio will also upload a USA Zip Codes reference table for you to use as a lookup.

However I bought the USA ZIP codes table from a Caspio Support. The table contains ZIP code, ZIP type, CityName, CountyName, StateName, State Abbreviation, Latitude and Longitude.
