Contact Mgmt App - Frustrating!

I upload the container file to my web; http://libertywatch.info/crmapp/ which the form does work.

 

I am used to using the URL method for deploying and so where/how do I enter the url location for the data page/form?

 

I am not a programmer and the description for this "ready made" app made it sound like easy to set up and use.

 

The instructions in the general deployment are lacking in any usable information.

I've tried to fill out your submission form, and it worked .

 

But I guess, on your Submission Form , on the Destination and Emails Wizard, you have selected  "Same page" and you don't see confirmation message that the form was submitted.

 

If after the form was submitted you would like to enter page URL, you simply need to select : 

Destination after record submit: Go to a new page .

 

 

And select a web-page where you deployed another DataPages.
