Triggered actions: what is #inserted

Not quite sure I understand the difference between choosing a specific table value (from the Select From) versus the #inserted?  I see #inserted  in many examples but not sure what  it does or how its different.

Hi @roattw,

Select From (#inserted) table represents data that is being inserted or updated in the table. While Select From (Table), means that you are referring to all the records in the table.
