Help: Embedded form not working

Hi ,

Please advise how to solve the problem. I successfully embedded my data page into my GoDaddy Website, but for some reason I get the below message if execute the form on my GoDaddy website...

When do you receive this error?

It might be related to Timeout redirection to an invalid address. Check advanced settings of your Caspio Authentication and change it to "Same page".
