How to Avoid Duplicate Selection from Dropdown

I need a user to make 3 selections from a lookup table. I need to ensure that, once a selection is made, the next lookup will exclude the ones that are already selected. If there are 10 items to select, the 1st Selection has 10 options, 2nd has 9 options ....
