Hi, I would like to ask must I upload my files online to my account in order to import them in wordpress? If so does that means any updates of that file on wordpress would be saved on a cloud sever rather than  my own computer?

Records that were submitted using your DataPages made in Caspio will be saved in your table inside your Caspio account. If you want your data to be also saved to your local computer, you may consider exporting your tables. You can check this HowTo article to know more about Exporting Data:
