Remove the text in the Header and Footer element on the "Dispay a message" screen

Hi,

Want to share the solution on how to change the text in the Header and Footer elements on the "Dispay a message" screen of the Submission form.

When submitting the form the heading and footing are shown as well:

                   
 

 To prevent it from happening, insert the following code into HTML editor after clicking on the "Source" button on the "Dispay a message" screen:

Your submission was successful.
