Login Authentication Going Straight to Timeout Redirect

In searching this issue I found one other case, but the question was not answered. I have created a very simple authentication and login data page, but when I deploy the authentication is skipped entirely and I am taken directly to the "Timeout and redirection" URL specified under "Advanced" settings.  I've tried deploying in Wordpress and Hubspot - same problem.  I have also tried clearing cache.  I must be missing something simple?

Have been able to get this working in WordPress - like an idiot I had the login page open in Caspio.  Did not solve my problem in Hubspot for some reason, but I'm working more in WP anyway.

For troubleshooting first tried to remove the timeout redirection and check it the issue is caused by that, if not tried to check the login destination and also the DataPage redirection:
