Record Action Cell Width

I'd like to increase the width of my record action cell so that it doesn't end up like this:

I tried doing so here:

But for some reason it made no difference whatsoever.

I think it might have to do with the columns fitting JUST the width of their header text. Which is another problem I'd like to fix. How can I set the width of a specific column when I'm using it in a datapage? I've tried adjusting the field width but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi! In your styles, record action column, can you try to input this on the padding section and check if it will make any difference? 9px 15px 0px 10px (format: top right bottom left)

That improves it but doesn't fully solve the problem. Also it makes the rows a bit taller than I'd like.
