Import files(excel, pdf, dox, image) through the datapage report (not in the caspio bridge account)

Hi guys, is someone here know how to import files(excel, pdf, dox, image) through the datapage report using CSS/javascript/HMTL. Because we can only import files through Caspio Bridge account. Thank you in advance to someone who can respond my concern..
