HTML Page - 2 content pages in iframes - How can I have these iframes autoexpand to fit larger screens?

Hi Caspio Forum,

I have an HTML page with two iframs, one for a menu, and the other for content which loads based on the menu selected. 
Please help me to figure out how to have these iframes expand (one to expand downwards and the other down and right).
