Can parameters be used on deploy URL?

I would to create the following process. I would like to set up three button on my organizations website. Each button would be a link to the deploy URL of my datapage. Each buttons link would have a different parameter as part of the deploy URL. This parameter would be used to filter the data for display in the results form.
