Tags or categories in submission form

Hi,  

I am building a video repository with embedded YouTube links as described in the instruction video below.

 In the submission/upload form I'd like to add tags or video categories which can then be used as filters for the end-user.  
The 'tags' function in this forum is exactly what I'd be after: A field to type tags with suggestions from an existing list.

How do I best achieve this?

You can try doing the suggestion on this article which is using a List-string, however, your user will only have a limited option for that:

What I can suggest in standard way is to create a similar workflow by using an additional table which collects the "tags" based on that specific record on the main table. Similar to this article:
