Common Tables Date/Time

I seem to remember seeing somewhere that Caspio have provided common tables of reference.

Can someone remind me how I can look up Date and find out Weekday or Month etc? I think there was also a table for US States.

Then how do I refer to them into my application?

I have also managed to get a listing of all areas (state, county etc) within all countries according to ISO3166-2 if anyone's interested.
