SMS Message to Update Table Record

I would like to record holders in my Caspio table to opt into a periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) text message update request. Once they opt in, the clock starts and if the record holder chose, monthly, after one month they will receive a text message that asks them to respond to a Yes or No question. I would then like to record that yes or no response in my Caspio table. Has anyone done this? If so, what was your workflow and what integrations did you set up? Thank you,

I dont think that this is possible, because the SMS features in Caspio is only for notifications, and not have the SMS replies to directly save onto the tables https://howto.caspio.com/notifications/notifications-2/, but I could be wrong. It'd be interesting to see if anyone has come up with something like this

Hi @wimtracking2, In order to achieve your desired workflow, I think you will still need to include the datapage url on the SMS since we cannot embed datapages on SMS and Caspio cannot receive data/records via SMS.

 

Might be possible via API or other kind of customization.
