Hi, this is my first visit here and my knowledge of coding is very limited.

I need to create a form that will allow a user to specify who they wish to contact and for the entered information to be forwarded to an email address that will vary according to which recipient is chosen.

Is that possible using the free Caspio account?

Hello Mick,

You can achieve this by using a dropdown form element, where the \"Display\" options are the names of your company departments (for example), and the \"Value\" options are the corresponding email addresses.

Next, you must select the \"Department\", as the email field of your DataPage's automatic acknowledgment email.
