0 napoleonv
It looks like 1,000 is the limit to items in a listbox or drop down list, right? That is correct. What is it that you're trying to do. Maybe we can find a workaround.
0 kmorse
I have a lookup table with 1,557 rows in it. I was hoping to be able to use a dropdown list in a \"submit new information\" web form in order to get consistent data entry.
0 benbutler123
I am having the same problem. I have a list over 3000 that I would like to include in a dropdown box. Any suggestions?
0 crisraguilar
I hear there is an update soon that may affect drop downs. Anyone know when that will arrive? Also, what I would like to do is have my drop down be sensative to whom the current user is. An example is if I have a table with company names, I would like the drop down to only contain the companies that that particular user has inputted. At this point it is dropping down all the users customers in one long list. Any solutions to this issue? Anyone? Cris P.S. If I can figure this out then my app is ready to put in the show case. I would love anyone's input.

0 Kurumi
Hi - For the List data type, the limit is 1000: https://howto.caspio.com/troubleshooting/system-limitations/#:~:text=List data type – lookup items. Take note that the limit includes the visible and deleted options (when used in the data records).
