Multipage Forms with Radio Buttons

I am creating an application that has 84 questions on it. I need to break these questions into 3 pages of 28 questions each. I am having problems with the choices for the radio buttons showing blank values after the inital page because the 2nd and 3rd pages are updating the data not creating new data.

Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the reason is that in the Update report to create the radio button options the values in the tables will be checked and since the value is still empty, a blank radio button will appear.

Maybe you should have another option for your radio button options as No Answer to match the blank values.
