html coding in search and report form

I'm trying to add some html coding so that the answer portion of the form displays a name of the item. Do I put this coding in the html blocker on the details page, or somewhere else?

Yes you can put a parameter in the HTML block as [@field:Yourfieldname] so replace the \"Yourfieldname\" with the corresponding field name in your table.
