Not all records showing up

I'm just on the trial version, so I'm still experimenting, but I set up a database of salaries at the local university. Everything is working fine, except when setting up the Search and Report page, not all of the records from the Table are showing up under \"All\" in the Name field.

It can be seen here: http://www.onlineathens.com/data/ (Technically not live yet.) (Also, it loads very slowly.)

When you go to the All Name drop-dopwn box, it just goes down through Smith. But, for instance, type Zylow into the second Name field, and the record comes up. So how can I get all records to show up under \"All.\"?

The site is too slow however I could get all records by searching for All.

One thing you should note is that in the DataPage wizard where you have All option for the dropdown always make sure the value is blank, this way it just ignore the criteria and displays all records.
