Is it possible to group answers?

I have a question where the user must have the option to fill in at least one or more answers.

e.g. which mark car do you have:

none

audi

bmw

fiat

ford

Some people have 2 cars

Hi,

Check boxes in Caspio Bridge table could be defined as a Yes/No field, so you could have a Yes/No field in the table for each checkbox option and in the DataPage wizard you could select the form element of the field to checkbox.
