REO and Forclosure site question.

I am looking to have a real estate listing sight for foreclosures and would like to have prospects sign up on my site and have a password protected login. In addition, it would be nice to also have banks post listings REO homes. First they would register, then post and be able to manage their own listings. Is this something that can easily be done with Caspio?
