Lookup Table checking another dropdown

I'm trying to have a dropdown check another dropdown.

Example:

Dropdown box for a state, if the person selects "ALABAMA", in the next dropdown field "COUNTY" you would pick from available counties in that list. If "ALABAMA" is not selected, your only choice is "NOT ALA" or something like that.
