No records found response - intermittently ?

Does anyone know why I might get a no records found response on a form that is embedded in a page ? Does not happen all the time for the same form, does it matter that it is a search and report form that is passing parameters ?

Hi,

You get no record found message when the Search and Report query can not find any record based on the search criteria. So it depends what you search for, if no match is found in the database, you get this message.

If it is not a search form and is just a predefined criteria results, you need to check the filtering fields setup.

Thanks for your feedback, do you have any idea why I don't get the message all the time ? I assumed if it its broken it should always be broken as I am using the form more for data input rather than actually doing a search...

I was not able to replicate the error message when I clicked on the link. Also, this is a web form which doesn't give you "no records found" error.
