FORUM issue: cant insert an image all of a sudden

In a post I went to upload a 40KB PNG file and got an error saying

"1 file would exceed the allowed size of 19.456 kb, and was skipped"

And in the post bottom where it says "Drag files here to attach.." it says under that Max total size: 0.018757820129595MB

Id post a screenshot if it would let me 

Known issue?

This file I have uploaded is 77 KB.  Does the issue persist on a different browser?

Thanks for the reply.  Yees, I get the same result in Firefox as I do in Chrome.  Here is the error message.

Turns out Caspo grants a limited amopunt of TOTAL allowed image inserting space.  If you reach it you get thi error, and you have to contact upport to increase your limit.

Hello @roattw,

As for me, I use the Greenshot software tool. It has the option to upload an image(screenshot) to Imgur (an online image-sharing and image-hosting service). 
So, I add a link that is rendered as an image and not an image itself. 

For example  https://i.imgur.com/Ata21iI.png

Perhaps, this can be helpful for someone.
