How to display row count in a Tabular DataPage?

How do I display the row count of a Tabular DataPage? 

I wanted to it to be like this (see attached) wherein it will always start with 1 and ends with whatever count or row number it ends:

 

I forgot to add that I know Show record index exist but I can't find a way to add a column/label to it.

You may use the record index feature in tabular DataPage: Tabular > Search and Report Wizard - Results Page Options > Standard > Display Options > Show record index (Enable or check the checkbox):

Thanks for this! I customized it to add a column header / label I also have used the Jquery $('.cbResultSetHeaderCheckBoxCell').text('PO Line'); and added some css to match it to the column header
