HTML Datapage Display Order

I have an HTML datapage that displays 4 other report based datapages.  When the HTML page loads the reports tend to load in a random order.  I've tried recreating the HTML page, it may work once but then it reverts back to a random order. 
Is it an issue with the order that the reports complete running?  Is there a way to force the order?

Hi, @jleadbetter29. What deployment method are you using? Have you tried inserting them on a <div>?

I disabled "Enable Responsive" and so far that has seemed to resolve the issue.  Not sure why...but it's working.
