Restful API maximum QPS? getting error "You have exceeded your API call rate limits"

Hello,

I'm using Caspio Restful API to insert, update, and display tables. Sometimes when we have too many calls per second we get "You have exceeded your API call rate limits". Does anyone know about the limit call per second?

Hi,

I have the same issue as yours and I heard from the support that the general limit is "3 calls per second" but it varies per plan. 

I suggest a backoff strategy, for example, retry after 3, 6, and 9 seconds successively, to avoid exceeding the QPS limits.

Hi! Just to add, I believe Caspio's recommendation for API usage is 100 calls per minute. If you have exceeded your limit, their recommendation is to decrease frequency of your API calls.
